International flights, visa fees, travel and medical insurance, personal trekking gear, tips, personal expenses, alcohol, extra nights and AFCON match tickets are excluded unless a confirmed booking explicitly says otherwise. No non-climbing event services are included.

Kilimanjaro is a strenuous high-altitude trek. A route choice or booking does not guarantee a summit. Follow guide instructions, report symptoms promptly and accept a guide’s decision to change or end an ascent when safety requires it.

Are AFCON match tickets included?
No. AFCON match tickets are not included unless explicitly stated in a confirmed booking. Tournament fixtures and host venues are subject to confirmation by CAF.
What is included in the climbing package?
The climbing component includes applicable park fees and permits, professional mountain guides and porters, and mountain meals. Camping equipment is used on camping routes; Marangu uses mountain huts. The final invoice confirms the exact included services.
Are airport transfers and Moshi hotel nights included?
