Deposit details confirmed at booking. International flights, visa fees, travel and medical insurance, personal trekking gear, tips, personal expenses, alcohol, extra nights and AFCON match tickets are excluded unless a confirmed booking explicitly says otherwise. No non-climbing event services are included.

Prepare for a high-altitude trek
Kilimanjaro is a strenuous high-altitude trek. A route choice or booking does not guarantee a summit. Follow guide instructions, report symptoms promptly and accept a guide’s decision to change or end an ascent when safety requires it.

The climbing component includes applicable park fees and permits, professional mountain guides and porters, and mountain meals. Camping equipment is used on camping routes; Marangu uses mountain huts. The final invoice confirms the exact included services.
